TERRAZZO SAVED
"Juan took a botched terrazzo installation job to perfection. Approximately 4000 ft. of a custom terrazzo floor needed to be stripped of finish and polished with 4 different steps of diamond honing and then a final polish with a special material from Italy. The results are spectacular. I can't say enough about how well AJC performed. All the things that you want when you hire a company are represented in Juan's business. IT NOW LOOKS GREAT
"I had a shower in my guest bathroom that I thought needed the natural stone to be sealed. After calling a few companies where my call went straight to voicemail. Upon calling AJC my call was answered by Juan, and he was at my home within a few hours to inspect the job. Juan was very detailed and transparent on what needed to be done and why, as the slate tile was flaking not only because it had not been sealed often enough, but also because there was improper sloping which was allowing puddling. After replacing the floor tile and sealing the shower it looks great and the floor drains fantastically! I was very satisfied with his work and will be using his expertise for a shower at my business. I highly recommend Juan and AJC Maintenance for your tile related needs... "
GROUT DISCOLORATION GONE
"I had grout discoloration through my tile floors, I thought I was going to have to replace the grout which can be expensive. Juan came the same day I called and explained what needed to be done to repair it and within a few days made my tile floors look brand new again. Juan definitely knows what he is doing.
